Still figuring out where the tents were taking me.

Experiment 3 is another early tent painting, created before 100 Pink Tents became a project. Part of the experimentation that eventually led me here, it’s a study of the shapes, colours and little worlds that can exist inside a tent.

There’s something about painting these temporary spaces that I keep coming back to - the idea that something as simple as a tent can become a home, a hideaway, a party, or the beginning of an adventure.
